Matzati is a Tarbut Education product. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of this website and to purchases made through the Matzati online store.

Website Use

You may use this website to learn about Matzati, review product information, download requested resources, and place orders. Please do not misuse the site, interfere with its security, or use its content in a way that violates applicable law.

Product Information

We try to keep product descriptions, pricing, availability, images, and shipping information accurate. If an error appears, we may correct it and, when needed, contact you about an affected order before it is fulfilled.

Orders and Payment

Orders are processed through WooCommerce and payment providers such as Stripe. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Taxes, shipping, and totals are shown during checkout before payment is submitted.

Shipping

Matzati orders are generally prepared within 2 to 3 business days. Shipping options, shipping cost if any, taxes, and order totals are shown at checkout. Delivery timing can vary by destination, carrier, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Returns and Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or if you have a return question, contact us at hello@tarbut.education within 14 days of delivery. Unused and unopened physical products may be eligible for return when approved by Tarbut Education. Shipping costs and payment processing fees may not be refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by our error.

Educational Content

Matzati includes educational and cultural content for play, conversation, and learning. Website materials and game materials are provided for general educational purposes and should not be treated as professional, legal, medical, or other specialized advice.

Intellectual Property

The Matzati name, artwork, game materials, website copy, images, downloads, and related content belong to Tarbut Education or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, redistribute, or create derivative works from these materials without written permission, except for personal or classroom use allowed by materials that are expressly provided for download.

Third-Party Services

The site may use or link to services such as payment processors, shipping providers, analytics tools, email tools, or social platforms. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tarbut Education is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, delays, third-party services, or product availability. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
